摘要
通过磁性检测方法获得国产反应堆压力容器钢冷轧后的磁性能,研究组织敏感磁性参数与冷轧压下量和力学性能的变化关系。试验结果表明,从磁滞回线获得的磁性参数对材料的晶体缺陷非常敏感,在冷轧前后变化显著。特别是趋近饱和阶段的磁硬度系数,随着冷轧压下量增加而不断增加,且与硬度和屈服强度呈线性关系,其关系式可表达为:HV=1.282×a-1200;Rp0.2=6.4×a-6533。
Magnetic properties of cold rolled Chinese reactor pressure vessel steel were obtained by mag -netic measurements .The relationship between microstructure -sensitive magnetic properties and rolling reduction ,mechanical properties was investigated in detail .The experimental results show that magnetic parameters deduced from magnetic hysteresis loop are very sensitive to lattice defects .There exist signifi-cant changes in these parameters before and after cold rolling deformation .Especially ,the magnetic hard-ness coefficient derived from the approach to saturation stage increases with increasing rolling reduction continually and has a linear relationship with vickers hardness and yield strength .The relationship be-tween magnetic hardness coefficient and mechanical properties can be expressed as HV =1 .282 ×a-1200,Rp0.2 =6.4 ×a-6533 respectively.
