针对超临界甲醇介质高压清洗罐在使用过程中筒体开裂失效,从设备设计强度、材料性能、介质环境等方面进行原因分析,确认该设备筒体失效原因是应力腐蚀开裂,并从设计选材、介质加热方式、使用监测方面采取改进措施,避免类似事故发生。
According to the fracture failure on the shell of high pressure supercritical methanol washing tank in use process, the causes from the design strength, material properties, environment etc were analyzed. The cause of this shell failure is stress corrosion cracking. The improvement measures such as material selection, medium heating mode, use monitoring were taken to avoid the similar failure accidents.
