摘要
目的:评价整体护理在预防胃癌术后早期肠内营养并发症中的价值。方法随机将2012年3月~2014年7月行胃癌根治术术后应用肠内营养的患者96例分成应用常规护理的对照组和应用整体护理的试验组各48例,比较两组患者术后肠内营养并发症的发生情况。结果对照组患者肠内营养并发症的发生率为31.25%、试验组患者肠内营养并发症的发生率为10.42%、两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过整体护理方法能够有效的减少术后并发症的发生,保证患者顺利的康复,改善患者的生活质量,提高患者的护理满意度。
Objective To evaluation the value of overal nursing in prevent complications of enteral nutrition in gastric cancer postoperative. Methods 96 cases patients of gastric cancer postoperative with the application of enteral nutrition from March 2012 to July 2014 were randomly divided into control group (apply the routine nursing care) and experiment group(apply the overal nursing) ,each group has 48 cases,to compared the complications of enteral nutrition of two groups.Results The incidence of the complications of enteral nutrition in control group was 31.25%,The incidence of the complications of enteral nutrition in experimental group was 10.42%,the difference was significant(P〈 0.05). Conclusion The overal nursing caneffective reduce the happen of the complcations of enteral nutrition,ensure that patients recovery smoothly,improve the quality of life of patients, enhance the nursing satisfaction of patients.
