摘要
目的探究针对急性心肌梗死患者实施护理中应用循证护理的临床效果。方法随机将我科收治的78例急性心肌梗死患者分为对照组和研究组各39例,给予对照组常规的护理措施,研究组给予循证护理,比较分析两组的住院时间与满意度等各项临床指标。结果研究组各项临床指标均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性心肌梗死患者实施循证护理能够取得满意临床效果。
Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing in clinical application of nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods Randomized 78 patients with acute myocardial infarction treated in our hospital were divided into control group and study group with 39 cases in each group, the control group given routine nursing measures, the patients in study group received evidence-based nursing, comparative analysis of two groups of hospitalization and the satisfaction of clinical indicators. Results The study group clinical indexes were better than the control group, with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of evidence-based nursing can obtain satisfactory clinical effect in patients with acute myocardial infarction.
