摘要
目的：研究分析中药灌肠配合微波治疗对盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法随机抽取2010年～2013年本院收治的144例慢性盆腔炎患者，按每组72例分为对照组和观察组，给予对照组中药灌肠治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上配合微波治疗。结果观察组治疗有效率为100%，明显优于对照组的73.2%（P＜0.05）。结论针对慢性盆腔炎患者，同时应用中药灌肠以及微波治疗进行联合治疗能够有效提高治疗效果，值得临床推广。
Objective To study the analysis of the traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with microwave therapy on the clinical effect of pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods 144 cases of chronic pelvic inflammation were randomly selected from 2010 to 2013 in our hospital, according to each group of 72 cases were divided into control group and observation group, control group of Chinese medicine enema therapy given, the treatment group in the control group based on the combined with microwave therapy. Results The effective rate of treatment group were observed for 100%, significantly better than the control group 73.2% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, at the same time the application of traditional Chinese medicine enema and microwave therapy combined therapy can effectively improve the therapeutic effect, is worth the clinical promotion.
