摘要
目的对2种标本采集方案对细菌检验结果的影响进行比较分析。方法以2013年1月~2013年12月接受的各类细菌检验标本2400例为研究对象,以采用规范的标本采集方案的1800例为观察组,以采用常规的标本采集方案的1600例为对照组,比较两组的合格率。结果观察组的合格率为98.67%,对照组的合格率为93.63%,观察组合格率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论规范的标本采集方案可有效防止标本污染、失实,提高细菌检验的合格率,对于检验质量的提高有很高的价值。
Objective To compare the results of the effect of 2 kinds of specimen col ection scheme on the results of test for bacteria. Methods In 2013 January^2013 December to accept al kinds of bacteria test specimens from 2400 patients as the research object, by using sample col ection scheme in the specification of 1800 cases for the observation group, used in the conventional scheme of specimens col ected 1600 cases as control group, compared with two groups of qualified rate. Results The qualified rate of the observation group was 98.67%, the qualified rate of control group was 93.63%, was observed in the combined lattice was significantly higher than that of control group,the difference was statistical y significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The standard specimen col ection scheme can effectively prevent the sample pol ution, misrepresentation, raise the qualified rate of bacteria examination, has the very high value for the test of improving quality, is worth widely carried out in clinic.
