摘要
目的:观察瑶医膏药治疗脾肾阳虚型肝硬化腹水的的临床疗效。方法:将60例脾肾阳虚型肝硬化腹水的患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例。两组均采用常规保肝、利尿、支持治疗,治疗组同时加用瑶医膏药。比较分析两组患者临床症状积分、肝肾功能以及门静脉血流动力学指标、肝纤维化指标、肾动脉血流动力学指标的变化情况。结果:两组患者治疗后在症状积分、门静脉血流动力学指标、肾动脉血流动力学指标、肝肾功及肝纤维化指标中的PCIII数值与治疗前比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者症状积分、门静脉血流动力学指标、肾动脉血流动力学指标、肝肾功及肝纤维化指标中的PCIII数值与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在肝纤维化指标中的HA、LN、Ⅳ-C与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:常规西医综合治疗配合瑶医膏药能显著改善患者的症状、门静脉血流动力学指标、肝功能、肾功能及肾血流动力学指标,疗效较对照组明显。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yao medicine plaster on patients of hepatic cirrhosis with seroperitoneum （yang deficiency of spleen and kidey synndrome）.Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group;both of the groups were treated with routine western medicine for liver protecting,diuresis and sup-porting therapy for 3 weeks,and treatment group combined with Yao medicine plaster at the same time.The clinical syndrome inte-gral,hepatic and renal function,Portal venous hemodynamics indexes,Renal artery hemodynamics indexes were observed.Results There was a striking difference after treatment between the two groups on the symptom credits,Portal vein flow rate,Portal vein blood flow,ALT、AST、GGT、TBIL、Cr、BUN （P 〈0.05）,Renal hemodynamics after treatment on the two groups was also a signifi-cant difference （P 〈0.05）.However ,There was no significant difference between the patients on liver fibrosis indexes （P 〉0.05） Conclusion Yao medicine plaster can significantly improve the symptoms of patients、Portal vein hemodynamics indexes、hepatic func-tion、renal function、and renal hemodynamic indexes,efficacy significantly compared with the control group.
