子宫瘢痕的结构与生物力学特征 被引量:6

摘要 剖宫产术后子宫下段瘢痕的形态异常与组织强度的不足限制了再次妊娠的阴道试产。本文综述了子宫瘢痕处平滑肌细胞与胞外基质(如胶原含量与胶原交联等)的组织特征,及瘢痕子宫下段的生物力学(如刚度、屈服强度、拉伸强度)特征。本文旨在阐述子宫切口瘢痕形成过程,以便采取措施,如使用生物材料与改进子宫缝合方式方法等,提高子宫下段瘢痕愈合的组织强度。
