摘要
目的观察、探讨创疡贴治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法在糖尿病常规治疗的基础上,对56例糖尿病足患者创面外用创疡贴包扎治疗,每日换药1次,观察创面愈合情况。结果 56例糖尿病足患者中,43例治愈,11例好转,2例因经济困难自行出院,有效率达96.4%。结论创疡贴可促进糖尿病足部溃疡创面的生理性愈合,使用简便,安全有效。
Objective To observe and investigate clinical effect of using MEBO Wound＆Ulcer Dressing to treat diabetic foot. Methods On the basis of conventional treatment of diabetes, the wounds of 56 patients with diabetic foot were treated with bandaging of MEBO Wound＆Ulcer Dressing, changing dressing once a day to observe the proceeding of wound healing. Results In 56 cases of diabetic foot patients, 43 cases were cured, 11 cases were improved, and 2 left hospital due to economic reasons, the effective rate was up to 96.4%. Conclusion MEBO Wound ＆ Ulcer Dressing can promote the physiological wound healing of diabetic foot, and is easy to use, safe and effective.
