摘要
以桂林市为例,通过问卷调查和条件估值法,基于游客视角对城市旅游生态补偿的主客体、补偿标准和补偿方式进行了分析,以期建立桂林市城市旅游生态补偿机制。研究显示,绝大多数游客认为生态环境的退化会对他们的旅游行为产生影响,并且认为当地政府、旅游开发商和游客应该对生态环境的退化负责。就桂林市而言,该市旅游生态补偿的主体为景区的旅游开发商、旅游企业、游客和政府,客体为当地居民和景区工作者。卡方检验发现,受教育程度、月收入和职业对支付意愿有不同程度的影响,其中受教育程度和收入与支付意愿的关系呈单调变化。在补偿方式上,游客更倾向于通过政府的奖惩制度和参加环保活动,来对桂林市的生态环境进行补偿。
Taking Guilin City for example, this essay analyzes the subject, object, compensation standards and compensation mode of tourism ecological compensation in Guilin with questionnaire and contingent valuation method, in order to establish Guilin tourism ecological compensation from the perspective of tourists. The results are as follows： most tourists hold the idea that the degradation of the environment has a significant influ- ence on their travel, and the local government, tourism developers and tourists should be responsible for the degradation of the environment. The subjects of Guilin tourism ecological compensation should be tourism developers of the scenic region, tourism businesses, tourists and government, the objects should be the local residents and the scenic workers. The chi - square test shows that the level of education, monthly income and occupation will influence people＇ s willingness to pay by different level, and educational level, income vary monotonously with the willingness to pay. As for the mode of ecological compensation, comparing to cash payment, visitors are more likely to compensate the environment of Guilin through the rewards and penalties system of government and the participation of environmental protection activities.
