摘要
充实优化了以气相色谱法测定粮食中有机磷含量的方法。采用FPD检测器,0.32mm×0.25μm×30 m HP-5毛细管色谱柱,进样口温度为240℃,检测器温度为245℃,氢气流速和空气流速均是65 mL/min。程序升温条件为70℃(0 min 15℃/min)、150℃(2min 3℃/min)、185℃(2min 2℃/min)、210℃(2min),能够在35.5min内完成分析。标准曲线线性范围为0.1μg/mL^1μg/mL。该法可用于对多种有机磷农药残留同时进行测定,测试时间更短,方法更简便。
A method is established for the determination of the content of organic phosphorus pesticide in the grain by gas chromatography. The separation is achieved by using FPD detector and 0. 32mm × 0. 25μm ×30m HP-5 capillary chromatographic column. Injection port temperature is 240 ℃. The detector temperature is 245 ℃. Flow speed of hydrogen and air are both 65mL/min. The condition of order heating-up is 70 ℃ (0min15 ℃ /min)150 ℃ (2min3 ℃ /min) 185 ℃ (2 min2 ℃ /min) 210 ℃ (2 min) , which will be finished in 35. 5 minutes. The working curves is in the linear range of 0. 1μg/mL-1μg/mL. This method is simple , effective and exact. So it can be used to test contents of many kinds of organic phosphorus pesticide simultaneously.
