摘要
采用水蒸气蒸馏法从白亮独活中提取挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)测定并分析其化学成分,测得挥发油含量是0.2%(v/w),用归一化法测定其相对含量,结果鉴定出45个成分,占挥发油总成分的73.74%。
The volatile oil was extracted from Radix Heracleum Candicans by water-steam distillation. Fifty four kinds of components of the volatile oils were analyzed and identified by GC-MS. The components were quantitatively determined by normalization method with the content of 0.2%（v/w）. 45 components were identified counting for 73.74% of all volatile oil.
