摘要
随着我国电力事业的发展,电力行业的物资管理存在的问题逐渐显露,有必要针对电力企业现存物资管理的不足之处进行改进。基于电力企业物资管理的现状,分析其中存在的问题,提出电力企业物资管理改革模式和策略,采用新的管理模式,以期提高企业物资管理效率,增大企业经济效益。
With the development of electric power industry, problems and shortcomings become evident on material management of the electric power industry.Therefore ,it＇s necessary to improve the current material management.Based on present situation of electric power enterprises, material management problems are analyzed.Material management reform modes and strategies are put forward for electric power enterprises. The new management mode is adopted to be expected to improve material management efficiency and economic benefits of electric power enterprises.
