Kazuo Ishiguro's book Don't Let Me Go tells the story of a group of human cloning living in Hailsham. Adopting Foucault's discipline theory, an analysis is made on the complicated relationship among the human cloning groups represented by Kathy, the organization represented by Hailsham and the external human being. It tries to explore the origin of "stay" and "leave" presented physically and mentally by the human cloning after they have been disciplined, which means to reveal in a metaphor way the loss of identity of modern individuals and psychological anxiety after they have been disciplined as a standard by the modern society.
