摘要
野生蕨菜自古即被用作蔬菜和度荒食品,而当今做为一种天然绿色食品倍受人们的重视和喜爱。为了更好地保护和利用山河屯林业局的野生蕨菜资源,需要当地政府对野生蕨菜资源的保护进行规划和部署,并推广规范科学的栽培技术和管理措施,促进蕨菜产业化经营和发展。
Wild Fiddlehead has been used as a vegetable and the famine food since ancient times. Nowadays it as a kind of natural green food is popular, the young stems and leaves are rich in various beneficial vitamins, carotene and iron, zinc and other trace elements, it was regarded as edible delicacies since the ancient times. In order to protect and utilization of wild Fiddlehead, this paper discussed The protection policies, protection measures of wild Fiddlehead resources of Shanhe Village forest areas, and put forward feasible measures of cultivation technology.
