摘要
文章利用气象预警专业接收机自动接收特定的灾害预警信息的特点,建立了基于广播技术,与广播电台相同覆盖面用户进行灾害预警发布、紧急求助用途多样的气象预警信息发布系统,扩大了预警信息的覆盖面,提高了气象灾害的预警能力。
Using the characteristics that the weather early warning profession receiver could automatically receive disaster warning information, this article constructed weather warning information release system that based on broadcast technology, covered the same user, and had the function of disaster warning release, emergency calling and so on, it enlarged the coverage of early warning, enhanced the early warning capacity of meteorological disaster.
