摘要
以C70车体为研究对象,实测得到车体载荷数据和疲劳关键部位的应力数据。对实测数据用于车体台架疲劳试验的载荷谱编制方法进行了研究,提出了利用车体载荷和应力同步响应关系编制疲劳试验载荷谱的方法。依据损伤等效原则,剔除了对车体损伤无贡献的小应力循环,简化浓缩了应力时间历程。利用载荷和应力测试的同步性,对实测载荷时间历程进行简化和浓缩,编制了适用于车体台架疲劳试验的载荷谱。结合累积损伤理论,对比分析了浓缩前后车体疲劳损伤,验证了该方法的可行性和准确性。
C70 carbody is taken as the research object.The car body load data is obtained by load test as well as the stress data of fatigue critical parts.The method of utilizing the measured data for compiling fatigue test load spectrum is studied,and the way of using relationship of carbody load and stress response for compiling fatigue test load spectrum is put forward.According to the damage equivalent principle,the small stress cycle which has no contribution to carbody damage is cut out,and stress time history is simplified and concentrated.By using synchronicity of load and stress test,load time history is concentrated as well.Combining with the cumulative damage theory,the carbody fatigue damage before and after concentration is analyzed in comparison.The feasibility and accuracy of this method is verified.
