摘要
以湖南产区稻谷为研究对象,以原子吸收分光光度计法测定其重金属元素铅、镉的含量,分析其在稻谷各部分中的分布,为加工稻米、减少重金属危害提供参考。结果显示,铅、镉含量在米糠、稻谷、精米中依次减少。
Samples of rough rice are collected from Hu'nan for analysis of content and distribution of Cd and Pb in the grains using atomic absorption spectrometry,in order to provide the improvement of the machining accuracy reducing the harm. The result shows that the average contents of Cd and Pb are decrease in rice bran,rough rice,and milled rice in sequence.
