摘要
采用乙醇浸提法提取柚皮中的黄酮类化合物。通过单因素试验和正交试验,得到的最佳工艺条件为乙醇体积分数60%,料液比1∶25,浸提温度80℃,浸提时间2 h。在此条件下,黄酮得率为0.566 8%。
In this paper, the flavonoids from pomelo peel is extract with the method of ethanol- extraction. Through singlefactor tests and orthogonal experimental design,the optimum extraction conditions are determined as 60%,1∶25,80 ℃ and2 h for ethanol concentration, solid/liquid ratio, temperature and extraction time. Under the optimized conditions, the extractions of the pomelo peel gives rise to an average flavonoids recovery of 0.566 8%.
