摘要
由于中国船级社(CCS)提出了《钢制海船入级规范》2012版(下文简称2012钢规),对于船舶结构强度计算的规定进行了系统化更新,为船舶日后的安全设计带来更大的改善和进步。根据2012钢规要求,通过MSC.Patran/Nastran软件对船长195 m的54 000 DWT散货船进行建模及强度计算,讨论和分析不同工况下此船的强度。基于三维有限元分析进行主要支撑构件的直接强度评估,得到船中区域舱段变形和应力情况。通过分析得出,在装卸货物时,对船体的影响尤其严重,故应优化船舶货物的装卸方法。
Because of the rules for classification of sea-going steel ships 2012 released by China Classification Society( CCS),hereinafter referred as 2012 rules. The requirement for structural strength assessment has been remarkable improved to ensure the reasonable safety level for the design of hull structures. According to 2012 rules,take a 54 000 DWT bulk as an example,take advantage of MSC.Patran / Nastran on modeling and strength calculation,analysis and discuss this ship's strength under different working condition. Get the ship class period of deformation and stress situation in the area based on threedimensional finite element analysis for main support component of direct strength. When loading and unloading of cargo,the impact on the hull is particular serious according to the analysis. So the method of loading and unloading should be optimized.
