超声波辅助机械搅拌法制备纳米石墨片的工艺

摘要 纳米石墨以其众多的优异性能,受到研究者们的广泛关注。以0.074 mm天然鳞片石墨为原料,首先制备膨胀石墨,而后分别采用机械搅拌法、超声波法和超声波辅助机械搅拌法进行纳米石墨片的制备,并分析不同时间对三种制备工艺的影响。利用SEM、拉曼光谱对制备出的纳米石墨片进行表征。实验结果表明:采用机械搅拌法制备不出纳米石墨片,超声波法5 h可制备出纳米石墨片;超声波辅助机械搅拌1 h即可制备出纳米石墨片,随着时间的延长,效果逐渐变弱,当时间达到7 h,其效果又变好。 This paper is a research into the preparation technology of graphite nanosheets,thanks to the widely recognized excellent properties inherent in nanographite.The research efforts are directed at the preparation of expandable graphite from 0.074 mm natural flake graphite used as raw material; the subsequent preparation of graphite nanosheets by the respective use of mechanical mixing method,ultrasonic method,and ultrasonic-assisted mechanical stirring method ; and the analysis of the effect of the different time on the three preparation processes,followed by the characterization of the products by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Results suggest that,as opposed to the mechanical mixing method which suffers from the inability to prepare graphite nanosheets,the ultrasonic method is capable of the preparation using 5 h,compared to 1 h for ultrasonic-assisted mechanical stirring method,which keeps producing a gradually weaker effect due to the extension of time until it yields an improved effect when the time is up to 7 h.
