摘要
基于机器视觉的哈密瓜分级系统上位机软件功能能否实现是整个系统开发能否成功的关键。为此,通过3个步骤实现上位机的软件功能。首先使用图像采集卡的应用接口库在Visual C++6.0开发工具下对图像卡进行二次开发;再将采集后内存中的图像数据转换成OpenCV的图像指针,实现图像的实时处理,并显示到屏幕;最后将处理结果由打印口并行输出。经试验验证,基于机器视觉的哈密瓜分级系统上位机软件功能成功实现。
Hami melon grading system based on machine vision is the realization of the rights of the PC software function is the key to the development and success of the whole system .This article through three steps to achieve the function of upper machine software .The first to use the application of image acquisition card interface library under Visual c ++6 . 0 development tools to the secondary development of image card , then collect the image data into memory after the OpenCV image pointer , realize real-time image processing , and display to the screen , finally the results of print mouth parallel output .It has been verified by experiment that the hami melon grading system based on machine vision PC soft -ware functions to achieve .
