摘要
本实验应用MatLab7.0数字图像处理工具箱对红枣图像信息进行处理。从红枣的形状、大小、颜色入手,选出符合红枣外观品质检测的3个特征参数,分别是红枣果形指数、色泽、有无缺陷。大小特征提取中,红枣的果形指数采用最小外接矩形法获得;对于颜色特征,将RGB模型转化成HSI模型,然后进行提取颜色特征参数;缺陷特征的提取,先进行缺陷部位轮廓的提取,然后填充求缺陷部分的面积,根据该面积在图片中大小比例作为判断的依据。
Shape , size and color of jujubes are the three characteristic parameters which people choose jujubes as .In this study the graphic information of jujube was processed by using digital image processing toolkit of matlab 7 .0 .Fruit shape index is extracted by using minimum circumscribed rectangle method .Establish color feature model and change the RGB model into the HIS model for extracting the characteristic parameter .The extraction of characteristics of defects is this used to estimate size characteristics of jujubes by filling the contour of the defects .
