摘要
通过配置3种甲醇掺混比例(M5、M10、M15)的甲醇/柴油混合燃料,在不改变柴油机结果参数的条件下,对比研究了柴油机燃用甲醇/柴油混合燃料的燃烧和排放特性。结果表明:与柴油相比,随着甲醇掺混比的增加,柴油机燃用甲醇/柴油混合燃料的缸内最大爆发压力升高,最大压力升高率增加,燃烧始点推迟,瞬时放热率曲线呈单峰分布,放热率峰值增加,其对应的曲轴转角滞后,滞燃期延长;NOx排放略有增加,碳烟排放得到明显改善,CO和HC排放在小负荷时略有增加,在大负荷时增加明显。
The combustion and emission characteristics of methanol/diesel blends with three kinds of blending ratio (M5, M10, M15) were comparatively investigated in 186FA diesel engine without changing the structure parameters. The results indicated that, compared with diesel, with the increase of blending ratio, the maximum cylinder pressure in- creased, the maximum rate of pressure rise improved, combustion start delayed, instantaneous heat release rate curve ex- hibited an unimodal variation, peak of heat release increased and corresponding crank angel hysteresis, ignition delay was extended; NOxemission increased slightly, soot emission significantly improved, CO and HC emission increased slightly at low load, significantly at high load.
