摘要
目的探讨激光加超短波、心理疗法多靶点治疗长航官兵前列腺炎的临床价值。方法 62例慢性前列腺炎患者随机分为研究组和对照组。对照组患者31例,仅采用激光介入照射联合抗生素和超短波进行治疗;研究组患者31例,在应用激光介入照射联合抗生素和超短波进行治疗的基础上辅以心理治疗。结果研究组治愈显效率达到90.3%,明显优于对照组治愈显效率58.1%,经SPSS 16.0版软件包进行统计分析,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在激光照射联合抗生素和超短波基础上辅以心理干预治疗长航官兵前列腺炎,临床疗效显著,具有良好的临床价值。
Objective To study of the clinical value of laser with ultrashort wave,psychotherapy and multiple target points to treat prostatitis of officers and soldiers for long voyages. Methods 62 cases of chronic prostatitis were randomly divided into research group and control group with 31 cases in each group.The control group were given only interventional laser irradiation combined with antibiotics and ultrashort wave therapy,while the research group were given psychological therapy on the basis of interventional laser irradiation combined with antibiotics and ultrashort wave therapy. Results The cure efficiency rate in the research grou reached 90.3%,which was significantly better than58.1% in the control group,then SPSS 16.0 software package was adopted for statistical analysis,showing there were statistical differences between the two groups（ P0.05）.Conclusion Psychological intervention on the basis of laser irradiation combined with antibiotics and ultrashort wave to treat prostatitis of officers and soldiers for long voyages shows significant clinical effects and good clinical value.
