摘要
肺结核(TB)是全球重大公共卫生和社会问题,近年来耐多药率、广泛耐药率不断上升,抗结核化疗药物的毒副作用越来越严重,肺结核患者免疫力低下,使得肺结核疫情进一步加剧,研发出抗结核有效、副作用少的药物迫在眉睫。鉴于中药在防治肺结核中发挥着重要的作用,该文就近年来抗结核中药及其主要成分做一综述。
Tuberculosis （ TB ） is a serious global public health and social problem. The rates of multi- drug resistant （ MDR ） and extensively drug-resistant （ XDR ） TB are growing steadily year by year. The toxic side effects of anti-TB chemotherapeutic drugs become more and more serious. Otherwise, TB patients had lower anti-TB immunity. These difficulties further aggravate the epidemic status of TB. Hence, the study of effective anti-TB drugs with lesser side effects is extremely urgent. Because, historically, natural drugs have played a very important role on the prevention and treatment of TB. This paper reviews recent research progress on anti-tubercular Chinese herbs and their components in traditional Chinese medicine.
