摘要
目的观察优质护理在骨科牵引患者中的应用效果,旨在巩固骨科牵引技术治疗效果,改善患者满意度。方法取该院骨伤科2013年2月—2014年2月收治的80例患者为本次研究对象,随机将其均分为对照组与观察组各40例,二组患者骨牵引治疗方法相同,其中对照组采取常规护理,主要包括药物护理、饮食指导、生活护理以及疾病护理等内容,观察组则采取优质护理模式。治疗前后统计二组VAS评分,并作3个月随访,观察二组治疗效果。结果二组治疗前VAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后1周对照组VAS评分为(5.20±1.59)分,观察组VAS评分为(3.58±1.22)分;治疗后1个月时对照组VAS评分为(3.21±1.25)分,观察组VAS评分为(1.29±0.55)分。与对照组相比,观察组治疗后1周以及1个月时VAS评分改善更优,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访观察3个月,对照组中9例临床治愈,20例有效,11例无效,治疗总有效率为72.5%(29/40);观察组中14例临床治愈,24例有效,2例无效,治疗总有效率为95.0%(38/40)。结论对于骨科牵引患者而言,优质护理模式有利于缓解治疗引发的疼痛,提高患者耐受度与依从性,有利于巩固和改善治疗效果,降低并发症发生率,临床应予以推广和使用。
Objective To observe the effect of the application of the quality of nursing in patients with bone traction,and strengthen bone traction technology treatment and improve patient satisfaction.MethodsTotally 80 patients admitted in author’s hospital from February 2013 to February 2014 were selected as the subjects,they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,40 cases in each group.Based on bone traction treatment,the control group adopted routine nursing care,mainly including medicine nursing,diet guidance,life care and disease care content,while the experimental group had high quality nursing mode.VAS scores were recorded in two groups before and after the treatment,and then followed-up for 3 months,the effect of treatment of two groups was observed.Results VAS score had no significant difference between the two groups before treatment（P〉0.05）.One week after treatment,VAS score was（5.20±1.59）in control group,（3.58＋1.22）in experimental group.One month after treatment,VAS score was（3.21±1.25）in control group,（1.29±0.55）in experimental group.Compared with control group,VAS scores improved better in experimental group 1 week and 1 month after treatment,the differences between two groups were with statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Follow-up of3 months,9 cases in control group were clinical cure,20 cases effective,11 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 72.5%（29/40）.While in experimental group,14 cases were clinical cure,24 cases effective,2 cases of invalid,the total effective rate was 95.0%（38/40）.Conclusions For patients with bone traction,high quality nursing mode is conducive to relieve pain caused by treatment.It can tolerance and improve the patients compliance and the treatment effect,can reduce the incidence of complications.It must be paid to the clinical promotion and use.
