摘要
本文分析了石英砂颗粒级配、砂灰比、减水剂、水灰比、聚合物胶粉及消泡剂等对混凝土结构修补砂浆力学性能的影响。结果表明,当石英砂颗粒级配合理,砂灰比为1∶1,水灰比为0.266,减水剂、聚合物胶粉、消泡剂和纤维素醚掺量分别为1.4%、10%、0.5%及0.06%时,制备出的修补砂浆的力学性能优良,抗压、抗折及拉伸粘接强度分别达到51.7 MPa、15.1 MPa、2.98 MPa。
The effects of grain composition of quartz sand,sand-cement ratio,superplasticizer,watercement ratio,polymer powder and defoaming agent on the mechanical properties of concrete structural repair mortar were analyzed. Test results showed that the mechanical properties of repair mortar was excellent and the compressive strength,flexural strength and tensile bond strength were 51. 7 MPa,15. 1MPa and 2. 98 MPa respectively when the grain composition of quartz sand was reasonable,sand-cement ratio was 1∶ 1,water-cement ratio was 0. 266,the content of superplasticizer,polymer powder,defoaming agent and cellulose ether were 1. 4%,10%,0. 5% and 0. 06% respectively.
