摘要
国家骨干高职院校建设项目高度重视高职院校在办学体制机制创新方面对全国高职院校的示范引领作用,借鉴德国、澳大利亚和美国等国外职业教育在办学体制机制上的经验和做法,梳理各国家骨干高职院校的建设方案,得出高职院校办学体制机制建设的典型模式,包括董事会制、理事会制和职教集团,建设的基本内容包括机构设置、制度建设和运行机制。
The construction project of national backbone higher vocational college values greatly the in- structive and leading role in the innovation of school system and mechanism. After drawing on the experi- ence and practice of foreign vocational education, such as Germany, Australia and the U. S. A. and com- bing the construction scheme, we put forward a typical mode of the school system and mechanism of our higher vocational education, including board of directors system, board of trustees system and vocational education group, and its construction contents are structural establishment, system construction and operat- ing system.
