摘要
基于对煤炭自燃机理和条件的研究,结合国投大同塔山煤矿及临近矿井易自燃煤层发火机理及原因的分析,构建了适合塔山煤矿3-5号煤层的自燃火灾综合防治系统,形成了一套以粉煤灰灌浆为主,注氮和喷洒阻化剂为辅的综合防灭火措施,重点突出了上下隅角特殊部位防灭火措施,为保障矿井安全、实现高产高效提供了可靠保证。
Based on the mechanism of coal spontaneous combustion,the spontaneous combustion reasons in Tashan Mine and neighboring mines are analyzed,fire comprehensive prevention system suited for Tashan Mine is proposed,fire comprehensive prevention measures that including flyash grouting,nitrogen injection and inhibitor spraying are formed. These provide guarantee for mine safety and high yield and efficiency.
