摘要
主要研究了在保证原铁水的碳和硅质量分数不变的前提下,不同的瞬时孕育剂对球墨铸铁的石墨形态和基体组织的影响。试验结果表明:不进行瞬时孕育时铁水容易发生孕育衰退,石墨球容易发生畸变,圆整度不太好,石墨球尺寸很大,数量很少,并且基体组织中出现少量的珠光体;分别使用0.15%的75硅铁粒、硅钡合金和一种含微量Bi的孕育剂进行瞬时孕育后,球墨铸铁的石墨形态得到明显改善,石墨球数量大幅增加,并且基体组织中珠光体的含量明显降低。尤其是采用含微量Bi的孕育剂进行瞬时孕育后,石墨球圆整度改善最为明显,石墨球数量达到了180个/mm2以上。
In this paper,the influence of different instantaneous inoculants on graphite morphology and matrix structure of ductile iron is studied at the same of carbon and silicon content.The results show that :with no instantaneous inoculation,the molten iron is easy to cause inoculation fading, the graphite is prone to distortion, roundness is not very good, the graphite size is big, the quantity is little,and a small amount of pearlite exists in matrix organization.When inoculation using 0.15% ferrosilicon,BaSi alloy and instantaneous inoculants containing trace amounts of Bi, graphite morphology gets obvious improvement, graphite number is increased, and pearlite in the matrix is decreased obviously.Especially inoculation with inoculants containing trace amounts of Bi,the graphite has better roundness, the number can reach 180 per square millimeter.
