油船货油舱内底板用钢腐蚀行为研究

摘要 研究了温度、NaCl浓度以及溶液的pH值等环境因素对WDH36NF油船货油舱内底板用钢腐蚀速率、腐蚀形貌的影响。结果表明:油船货油舱内底板用钢的腐蚀速率随温度升高而增加。NaCl浓度由5%增大到10%,内底板用钢的腐蚀速率随浓度增大而增加,NaCl浓度由10%增大到15%,内底板用钢的腐蚀速率减小。pH值由0.5增大到0.85,内底板用钢的腐蚀速率随pH值增大而增加,pH值由0.85增大到1.2,内底板用钢的腐蚀速率减小,并趋于平缓。 The effect of temperature,NaCl concentration and pH on uniform corrosion rate and corrosion morphology of WDH36NF inner bottom plate steel on cargo oil tank(COT)was studied.Based on the experimental results and analysis,the paper concluded that the corrosion rate of inner bottom plate steel on COT increases as the temperature rises.When NaCl concentration increases from 5% to 10%,the corrosion rate increases with the concentration increased.When NaCl concentration increases from 10%to 15%,the corrosion rate falls.When pH increases from 0.5 to 0.85,the corrosion rate increases with increased pH,but when pH increases from 0.85 to 1.2,the corrosion rate decreases and tends to be smoother.
