摘要
为了解内蒙古野生山杏重要性状的遗传变异及遗传多样性,对内蒙古野生山杏优良单株核仁性状的变异类型、变异程度,核仁性状与产量和出仁率间的相关性进行了研究。结果表明,在山杏单仁质量、核仁长、核仁宽、核仁长宽比、核仁径等数量性状中,单仁质量的遗传变异最大,变异系数为0.19,选择潜力最大;根据单仁质量变异将内蒙古野生山杏分为7个类型,即极小、很小、小、较小、中、较大、大仁型;根据核仁长变异分为5个类型,即短、较短、中、较长、长仁型;根据核仁宽变异分为6个类型,即窄、较窄、中、较宽、宽、很宽仁型;根据长宽比变异分为5类,即较宽圆、中、较长圆、长圆、很长圆仁型;根据核仁径变异分为6类,即短、较短、中、较长、长、很长仁径型。相关性分析表明,山杏核仁性状与产量无显著相关,出仁率与核仁长和核仁宽呈显著负相关,而出仁率与核仁径呈极显著正相关;该研究可为野生山杏的资源评价及遗传资源保护提供理论依据和实践指导。
In order to learn the genetic variation and genetic diversity of important traits of wild apricot in Inner Mongolia, the correlation of yield and kernel rate with variation form, variation extent, characteristics of fine individual plants' kernel characteristics of wild apricot in Inner Mongolia were researched. The results showed that the in the quantitative characteristics of single kernel mass, kernel length, kernel width, kernel length-width ratio, kernel diameter, the genetic variation of single kernel mass was most, and coefficient of variation was 0.19. So single kernel mass had the biggest selection potential. Based on single kernel mass variation, the kernels could be divided into 7 groups, i.e. extremely small, very small, small, little small, normal, little big, and big. Based on kernel length variation, they could be divided into 5 groups, i.e. short, little short, normal, little long, and long. Based on kernel width variation, they could be divided into 6 groups, i.e. narrow, little narrow, normal, little broad, broad, and very broad. Based on length-width ratio variation, they could be divided into 5 groups, i.e. little broad-round, normal, little long-round, long-round, and very long-round. Based on kernel diameter variation, they could be divided into 6 groups, i.e. short, little short, normal, little long, long, and very long. The results of correlation analysis showed that correlation between kernel characteristics and yield was not significant, kernel rate had significantly negative correlation with kernel length and width, and kernel rate had very significantly positive correlation with kernel diameter. This study could offer important theoretical basis and practical guidance for resources appraisal and new varieties breeding of wild Prunus armeniaca.
