摘要
海南炼化聚丙烯装置采用非对称外给电子体技术生产高速 BOPP 膜料。利用连续自成核热分级技术对3个样品进行等规度序列分布表征,结果表明3个样品的片晶厚度分布系数为1.07~1.08,样品的Ipeak1/Ipeak2值为1.36~1.58,说明采用非对称外给电子体技术生产的高速BOPP膜料具有较宽的等规度分布,且高等规度组分含量大于低等规度组分含量。与传统的BOPP膜料相比,采用非对称电子体技术生产的高速 BOPP膜料不仅具有良好的成膜性,而且还具有较高的挺度。
High speed biaxial oriented polypropylene ( BOPP) resin was produced by asym-metric external electron donor technology on polypropylene unit of Hainan Petrochemical&Refi-ning Company.Isotacticities and their sequence distributions of three samples were studied by successive self-nucleation and annealing ( SSA ) method.The results showed that distribution coefficients on lamellar thickness of the three samples were in the range of 1.07~1.08 , and the value ratios of Ipeak1/Ipeak2 were in the range of 1.36~1.58, which indicated that broader distri-bution of isotacticity was possessed by high speed BOPP film resin with asymmetric external e-lectron donor technology , and content of the high isotacticity component was more than that of relatively low component.Film forming ability and stiffness of the high speed BOPP film resin with asymmetric external electron donor technology were better than that of the conventional res-i n.
