摘要
本文以春秋时期的管仲、东汉末年的诸葛亮为例,以人为镜、以史为鉴,探讨充分利用市场行情、变被动发现为主动展示,进而实现以个人为中心的品牌营销,采取快捷而有效的攀缘策略,顺利跻身能够施展才华的职阶,具有积极的借鉴价值和现实意义。
Taking Guan Zhong in Spring and Autumn period and Zhuge Liang in the late Eastern Han Dynasty for cases, taking person as a mirror, and history for references, this paper discusses the full use of market quotes, and the change of passive found into active show, to realize individual-centered brand marketing, and takes effective climbing strategy, to get the position where the talent can be fully played, which has a positive value and practical significance.
