摘要
地下管线全生命周期监管是对管线的集成化管理,是智慧城市管线管理的具体体现,能有效控制地下管线安全事故风险,准确掌握地下管线现状,为地下管线的集约化合理规划、精确设计等提供数据支撑;为规划、建设、防灾救灾等提供科学依据。通过分析地下管线规划、建设、运行、管理等各阶段,探讨如何做好城市地下管线全生命周期的监管。
The full life-cycle regulation on underground pipelines is the integrated management of the pipelines, and it is also a concrete manifestation of pipeline management in the city. It can effectively control the risk of accidents of underground pipelines, and it can accurately grasp the present conditions of underground pipelines. The regulation can provide data support for the intensive rational planning and precise design of underground pipelines, and provide scientific basis for the planning,construction, disaster relief and so on. By analyzing the various stages of underground pipelines＇ planning, construction, operation, management, etc.,this paper explores how to make sound regulation of urban underground pipeline lifecycle.
