摘要
联合国贸易和发展会议在过去五十年间经历了兴衰起伏。贸发会议在其三大支柱任务即研究分析、建立共识与技术合作方面均取得了非凡成就,为发展中国家以更有益的方式融入世界经济做出了重大贡献。与此同时,源自外部的某些制约因素也影响着它的功能和绩效。进入新千年之后,贸发会议迎来了重振与复兴的契机。这一进程能否得以延续,既取决于外部形势的演变,亦取决于该组织自身的调整革新,以及它与其他国际经济机构的互动。
The past five decades have witnessed the rise and fall of UNCTAD.Through its three major pillars,namely research and policy analysis,consensus building,and technical assistance,UNCTAD has contributed to a better integration of developing countries into the world economy.At the same time,certain external constraints also weakened its function and performance.Since the new millennium,UNCTAD has obtained an opportunity for revival.However,whether this process can continue or not depends on the evolution of international situation,the adjustment and reform of the organization,and its interaction with other international economic institutions.
