摘要
传统旅行社是旅游业的三大支柱产业之一,是连接旅游需求和旅游供给的桥梁。但是,随着《旅游法》的实施、旅游电子商务网站的迅猛发展以及散客潮的进一步扩大,旅行社的经营面临严峻的考验。文章以此为背景,分析传统旅行社的经营环境,从遵纪守法、加强内部管理、充分利用旅游电子商务等方面提出转型策略。
Traditional travel agencies ,as a bridge between customer needs and supply ,are one of the three pil-lars in the tourism industry .However ,their business is challenged with the release of tourism laws ,rapid growth of e-commerce and expansion FIT .This paper analyzes the traditional travel agencies ’operating environment and puts forward business strategies including observing the laws , strengthening internal management , giving full play to e-commerce.
