宫颈癌组织中VEGF和微血管密度与HPV感染的关系 被引量:11

Relationship between VEGF and microvessel density in cervical cancer and HPV infection

摘要 目的:分析宫颈癌组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达、微血管密度(MVD)和HPV抗原的表达的相关性。方法:收集30例宫颈癌患者的肿瘤组织标本,其中17例鳞癌患者、11例腺癌患者、2例鳞腺癌患者,其中11例为低分化,19例为高分化。采用免疫组织化学的方法对组织中的VEGF、MVD、CD34的表达进行检测。分析蛋白的表达水平与肿瘤类型、分级、HPV抗原的关系。结果:VEGF在肿瘤组织中的表达率为100%,癌症分化程度和VEGF表达以及MVD有显著的相关性(P<0.05)。组织中MVD值平均为50.4±20.0。MVD和VEGF的表达有显著的统计学相关性(P<0.05)。HPV抗原的表达率为93.3%,HPV抗原与肿瘤类型以及分级之间无统计学相关性。HPV抗原与MVD以及VEGF的表达有显著相关性。多因素统计分析表明MVD是肿瘤分级的独立预测因素。结论:VEGF在所有肿瘤组织中都有表达,VEGF的表达和MVD有显著的相关性。HPV抗原的表达同MVD和VEGF的表达显著相关,HPV的感染增强了宫颈癌组织中的血管生成。MVD可以作为宫颈癌分级的独立预测因子,代表了肿瘤的分化程度。 Objective: To analyze the correlation between vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) expression and microvessel density (MVD) in cervical cancer and HPV antigen. Methods: Thirty cervical cancer specimens were collected, including 14 cervical squamous cell carcinoma specimens, 11 cervical adenocarcinoma specimens and 2 cervical adenosquamous carcinoma specimens; 11 speci- mens were poorly differentiated and 19 specimens were highly differentiated. Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions of VEGF, CD34 and MVD. The relationship between VEGF expression level and types, grades of tumor and HPV antigen was analyzed. Re- suits: The expression rate of VEGF in tumor tissue was 100%, there was a significant correlation between differentiated degree and VEGF expression, MVD (P 〈 0. 05) . MVD on average was (50. 4 ± 20. 0) . There was a significant correlation between MVD and VEGF expres- sion (P 〈0. 05) . The expression rate of HPV antigen was 93.3%, there was no correlation between HPV antigen and tumor types and grades. HPV antigen was significantly correlated with MVD and VEGF expression. Multivariate analysis showed that MVD was an independ- ent predictive factor of grades of tumor. Conclusion: VEGF express in all types of cervical tumor, there is a significant correlation between VEGF expression and MVD. The expression of HPV antigen is significantly correlated with MVD and VEGF expression, HPV infection strengthens angiogenesis of cervical cancer; MVD can be used as an independent predictive factor of grades of tumor, which indicates the dif- ferentiated degree of cervical tumor.
