摘要
目的:评价住院关口前移在眼科的实施效果。方法选择眼科门诊预约住院患者,其中实施住院关口前移前1471例作为对照组,实施住院关口前移后1705例作为干预组。对照组采用常规登记入院途径,干预组将住院患者的术前检查、健康宣教、术前用药等工作前移至正式住院前。结果干预组患者院前候床时间、术前平均住院日、平均住院日、病床周转次数与月均出院人次分别为(7.5±0.54),(1.6±0.14),(5.5±0.24)d,(5.3±0.35)次,(281±2.71)人次,对照组以上指标分别为(16.3±0.85),(3.0±0.26),(8.1±0.63)d,(4.2±0.13)次,(243±1.54)人次,差异有统计学意义(u值分别为3.99,2.87,2.56,2.07,2.37;P <0.05)。干预组患者满意度为99.5%,高于对照组的94.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.13,P<0.05)。结论住院关口前移能够有效利用医疗资源,缩短术前候床时间及平均住院日,提高接诊能力,提升患者满意度。
Objective To evaluate the effect of anticipating the hospitalization mark in the department of ophthalmology.Methods Totals of 1 471 patients before the measure of anticipating the hospitalization mark were divided into control group, and 1 705 patients after that measure were divided into the test group.The control group was given the conventional program.The test group was given preoperative examination, health education and preoperative medication.Results In the test group, the time waiting for the beds before admission, average hospital stays, average length of hospital stay, bed turnover and average discharge patients were (7.5 ±0.54), (1.6 ±0.14), (5.5 ±0.24) days, (5.3 ±0.35), and (281 ±2.71), which were significantly higher than (16.3 ±0.85), (3.0 ±0.26), (8.1 ±0.63) days, (4.2 ±0.13) and (243 ±1.54) in the control group (u=3.99, 2.87, 2.56, 2.07, 2.37, respectively;P<0.05).The patients’ satisfaction was 99.5%of the test group, which was significantly higher than 94.5%of the control group (χ2 =4.13,P〈0.05).Conclusions The way of anticipating the hospitalization mark has the advantage of effective usage of the medical resources, reduce the preoperative days and average length of hospital stay, and improve the clinical reception and patients’ satisfaction.
