摘要
在应用UG软件进行注塑模具设计过程中,塑件模型分型面的构建是设计中一项关键技术,而填补塑件靠破孔对分型面的构建至关重要。通过几个典型塑件,应用Mold Wizard模块及UG软件,介绍了简单孔的填补、非同一曲面孔的填补、带有局部分型面靠破孔的填补方法,可实现类似产品的顺利分模。
In the process of injection mould design based on UG software,the parting surface creationon the product model is one of the key techniques.It is essential to patching the holes on the plastic pieces for the mould parting surface creation.Using several typical products models,the patching methods based on Mold Wizard and UG tools are introduced to fill the simple hole,the hole which is not in a single surface and the hole with a local parting surface,and the sepatching methods can realize the mould parting of similar products.
