摘要
该文通过应用CFX流体软件,对工程车辆用某280系列的一款液力变矩器进行了性能仿真,模拟出了其内部流场,计算出了其变矩比、效率、能容等原始特性数据,并与实验结果进行了对比分析,为变矩器的设计与性能改进提供依据和参考。
By application of CFX software to simulate the performance of 280 hydraulic torque converter of engineering vehicle,simulation of the internal flow field,calculated the original characteristic data include torque ratio,efficiency and capacity,and compared with the experimental results,it can provide reference to torque converter for design and performance improvement.
