通过对电务系统面临的形势与挑战的分析,前瞻性地提出了电务调度指挥中心建设总体思路、基本框架、实现路径和终极目标,描绘了智能化指挥中心的发展前景,并对电务调度指挥中心建设进行了有益的探索。
Through analyzing the situation and challenges faced by the S＆C department, the author pro- spectively brings forward the general idea, basic framework, implementation roadmap and final targets of the S＆C dispatch and command center, and depicts the development prospects of intelligent command center. Furthermore, a beneficial exploration of the construction of the S＆C dispatch and command cen- ter is made.
