摘要
目的:分析中医临床教学基地的基本建设情况,总结基地建设中存在的问题。方法:设计调查问卷,对44所中医临床教学基地的基本情况进行调查分析。结果:描述了44所中医临床教学基地基本情况、教学条件、师资队伍和教学管理现状。结论:目前的中医临床教学基地虽然可以基本满足中医临床教学需求,但是存在教学经费投入不足、临床师资队伍建设有待加强等问题,在一定程度上影响了临床教学水平的提升。构建系统全面的临床教学管理体系,可有效解决中医临床教学管理中存在的问题,不断提升临床教学水平。
Objective： To investigate and analyze the basic construction on clinical teaching bases of traditional Chinese medicine,and to summarize the problems on construction of bases. Methods： Designed questionnaire,investigation and analysis the basic situation of 44 clinical teaching bases of traditional Chinese medicine. Results： Describes basic situation,teaching conditions,teacher and teaching management of clinical teaching bases of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Conclusion： In the present,although clinical teaching bases of traditional Chinese medicine meet the needs of clinical teaching,but some problems exist,such as insufficient funding of teaching,clinical teaching staff needs to be strengthened,etc.,to some extent,these problem affected the level of clinical teaching to improve. Build a comprehensive system of clinical teaching management system can solve the problems on clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine effectively,constantly improve the level of clinical teaching.
