摘要
流行病学研究显示,一些营养素可通过干扰尿酸生成或排泄而影响血尿酸水平。本文综述营养素与人体血尿酸水平的关系研究进展。
Epidemiological studies have shown that some nutrients influence levels of serum uric acid by interfering with it's production or excretion. This article reviewed the research advancement on the association of nutrients with human serum uric acid levels.
