劳动合同法在民族地区人才派遣中的应用

摘要 劳动合同法对于我国经济发展、维护劳动者的权益、调动劳动者工作的积极性和提升用人单位的经济效益有着积极的作用。它是企业和劳动者之间的一种权益的维护纽带,劳动者是通过人才派遣的方式进入各用人单位,在这个过程中可能会出现一些问题,但是劳动合同法的制定赋予了人才派送合法的身份,要求对雇用单位和用人单位各司其职,同时维护劳动者的合法权益。我国是一个多民族国家,在发展中为保证劳动者的合法权益以促进我国各区域的发展,在少数民族区域的人才派送中应充分运用劳动合同法。 Labor Contract Law plays a critical role in promoting Chinese economic development,protecting employees' rights and interests,arousing employees' enthusiasm and improving the economic benefits of employers. It is a medium of rights and interests between enterprises and employees. Through dispatching,employees are employed and some problems may arise in the process. Labor Contract Law issues the employees a legal identity,requiring the employers to protect the lawful rights and interests of the employees. China is a multi-ethnic country and the lawful rights and interests of employees should be ensured. Labor Contract Law should play its full role in minority areas.
