摘要 新建吕梁至临县(孟门)支线铁路ZNTJ-3标段前陡泉隧道为多段燕尾式隧道,进口与三交疏解站相连,连接吕梁至临县支线铁路1标段及山西中南部铁路通道2标段。衬砌断面主要有单线复合、单线锚段、双线复合、双线锚段、大断面、连拱等6种典型断面形式,衬砌断面形式多,工序转换频繁。从工程安全、质量、进度、效益综合考虑,较为详细地介绍圆砾地层横洞转正洞技术、零刷坡反压回填进洞技术、暗挖连拱段施工技术和衬砌技术。 The ZNTJ-3 section of the Qiandouquan tunnel on the newly constructed Luliang-Linxian branch line connects the line's section 1 at one end to the section 2 of the railway corridor in the Shanxi-Henan-Shandong railway thoroughfare at the other. T his section is composed of several swallow-tailed tunnels and its entrance links to the Sanjiao untwining station. Six types of lining cross sections can be observed,namely single-track composite section,single-track tension section,double-track composite section,double-track anchor-section,large section and multiple-arch section,therefore the construction procedures can be diverse and complex. T he paper takes a comprehensive consideration of the construction safety,quality,progress and economic benefit and proposes the following-the scheme of transforming transverse gallery of round gravel stratum into main tunnel,that of backfilling into entrance excavation by the use of back pressure without slope cutting,that of underground excavating multiple arch section and that of lining technology.
