摘要
基于虚拟试验场技术建立了车辆多体动力学和随机路面模型,通过对虚拟模型的仿真得到了车身加速度的时域曲线和空间频率谱,从车辆悬架系统、轮胎压力和速度3个方面深入研究了影响车辆驾乘平稳性的主要因素.仿真分析的结果表明,基于虚拟试验场技术对车辆驾乘平稳性的仿真分析结果与实车测试情况相符,证明了该方法的准确性和可靠性.
Based on virtual proving ground,this paper built Multi-body Dynamics Model and Random Road Surface Model. The body acceleration time-domain curves and frequency-domain power spectrums are acquired through the simulation of the virtual model.The factors influencing the ride comfort are also analyzed from the aspects of suspension system,tire pressure and speed. The simulation results show that the simulation of vehicle ride comfort based on virtual proving ground can reflect the real test condition,which proves the accuracy and reliability of the results.
