摘要
邓小平群众观内涵丰富,对于当前全党开展群众路线教育实践活动、进一步密切党群关系、巩固党执政的群众基础,具有重要的现实意义和深远的历史意义。学习邓小平群众观,必须做到:创新群众工作理念,为密切党群关系提供思想保证;加强制度建设,把群众的主体地位落到实处;真正坚持党的群众路线,密切联系群众;把人民利益放在第一位,不断改善人民生活。
The connotation of Deng Xiaoping＇s mass viewpoint is rich. It has important real significance and far-reaching historical significance for the whole party to carry out education practice of the mass line, to further close the relationship between party and masses, and to consolidate mass foun,tation of the party＇s ruling. The following must be accomplished for studying Deng Xiaoping＇s mass viewpoint ： to innovate concept of the mass work to provide ideological guarantee for closing the relationship between party and masses; to strengthen the system construction and implement the main body status of the masses; to adhere to the party＇s mass line truly and to maintain close ties with the masses; to put the people＇s interests in the first place and constantly improve people＇s living standard.
