摘要
在肿瘤专科型医院患者满意度测评体系的基础上,选取某一肿瘤专科医院患者进行满意度问卷调查,运用IPA分析方法研究肿瘤专科医院患者的满意度影响因素,帮助医院识别患者满意度不高的因子,分析医院管理实践中存在的不合理因素。针对分析中发现的不合理因素,提出相应的管理改进思路与措施:全面优化检查服务流程,有效加强收费管理,合理改善后勤服务。
On the basis of selecting a tumor hospital patient satisfaction questionnaire, using the IPA analysis method research tumor specialized subject hospital patient satisfaction factors, help hospitals identify patients satisfaction factor, and analyze the unreasonable factors existing in hospital management practice, and provide guidance for later management work to improve. In view of the unreasonable factors analysis found, the corresponding improving ideas and management measures are put forward: comprehensive optimization check service process, effective to strengthen the management, rea- sonable to improve logistics services.
